Boxing Day Shopping

Went to Metrotown yesterday with Xiu, Nicole, Joey, and Cherry for Boxing Day shopping and also to celebrate Joey's sweet sixteen. Nicole, Xiu, and I went fairly early before the line-ups really started, and got a TNA bag for Joey from Aritzia. It was only $40 after tax! However, I hate TNA, I really do. I hate those overrated North American brands who are not top of the line but try to act all high-class. I would've liked A&F if they weren't so racist.

I actually didn't buy much during Boxing Day, because I get almost all of my clothes from China and Hong Kong and cosmetics never go on sale. I did get some DVDs from HMV, all those scary movies I wanted! Yay! I got Silent Hill, Pulse, and Saw series. Just when I was about to leave Metrotown and meet my cousin Downtown, I walked into La Senza because I heard that they were carrying some Victoria's Secret products. However, they don't carry VS lingerie, but they did carry some VS cosmetics and they were on sale for Boxing Day! So I picked up two lip glosses, and four eye shadows/liners. The eye stuff I had no idea how to use, but they were so beautiful and totally cheap too, so I picked up four because I thought MUA could probably give me some insight on what to use them for.

Went to Aberdeen for dinner with the fam bam. Fishermen's Terrace... Holy fuck, although it was Chinese fine dining, it tasted at best mediocre. My cousin and I hung around Aberdeen after dinner and we got shaved ice from Frappe Bliss. After I tried the shaved ice, I was screaming in my mind "WHY WHY WHY THE HELL DID KISHI QUIT HER JOB AT A PLACE THAT SERVES THE BESTEST DESSERT EVER?!" Anyway, it was SO delicious I'll definitely be back for more. Soon.

Since my mom, my cousin, and Xiu's family are all in Whistler today, I got to stay at home and hang out with my gf. I got candy cane on my hair (please don't ask how) so I had to cut that strand out. Booooo. It's not noticeable, but I'm so conscious of my hair so I might get it cut. My cousin is getting her hair cut tomorrow at Chura, and having heard REALLY good things about Chura, I want to try it out. My cousin has an appointment tomorrow, and I know she can probably squeeze me in with her appointment with her stylist. Ahhhh....! I don't know if I want to try out a new stylist! I know Japanese people can do funky things with the hair, and I want a spunky, different cut.

Anyhow, the past few days has been non-stop materialism, gluttony, lust, and laziness... Still debating whether I should go out tomorrow or not.
